General Medical Services
We are a mixed billing clinic. This means you may be required to pay the full fee for our service at the time of your appointment, depending on the practitioner and the nature and complexity of the services provided. Some of our services are covered by Medicare (co-contribution or bulk billed).
A face to face or in-clinic consultation may be required every 12 months, in order to be eligible for a Medicare benefit. Consultation fees are payable on the day, and the clinic will arrange the payment of any Medicare rebate (if applicable) to your nominated bank account.
Medical Consultation
Appointments are available to discuss your current medical signs and symptoms, and to arrange pathology, imaging and follow-up as required.
Sexual Health Services
We offer discrete and confidential sexual health services including advice, screening, PrEP and PEP prescribing, along with several contraception options.
Appointments are available in-clinic or via telehealth.
Repeat Prescriptions
Our clinic does not prescribe opioids or benzodiazepine medications.
Medical Certificate
We offer an in-person or telehealth consultation to provide a medical certificate.
Referral Letters
Our practitioners can provide an updated referral letter to your nominated specialist, valid for 12 months. We can also generate a new referral to see one of our trusted specialists or, alternatively, a referral to a public hospital outpatient clinic.
